This course will explore the history of both supply chain and forced labor and explain the various regulations related to each topic.  We will define Withhold Release Orders (WRO) and UFLPA and the differences of each.  We then introduce the region wide WRO in Xinjiang province, tools to assist with the UFLPA regulations and high-risk sectors to be aware of.  We will review the CBP Dashboard Detention Statistics, Best Practices and then summarize our learning objectives.
