Ania Adamczyk is the Global Import Modal Program Lead at 3M, where she drives optimization of material movement through import processes, establishes operational standards, enhances visibility into trade compliance activities across logistics flows and manages key programs.
Previously, as Global Ocean Strategy Lead, Ania oversaw 3M’s large and complex global ocean network, including network design, critical policy and standard development, and strategic supplier engagement. She led enterprise‑level initiatives that advanced logistics strategy, improved service performance, and delivered financial savings such as the annual ocean RFQs.
Before joining 3M, Â Ania served as International Senior Manager at Ecolab, managing global logistics operations that supported customers and affiliates moving highly regulated dangerous goods.
Ania began her career at Target, where over 18 years she held multiple leadership roles spanning import trade compliance program oversight, domestic transportation management, carrier and 3PL oversight, inventory planning, and project management.
She holds a B.S. in Business in Operations Management from Indiana University Kelley School of Business, Six Sigma Green Belt and the Certified Professional Project Manager (CPMM) Certifications from University of St. Thomas. In addition, she is a Licensed Customs Broker (LCB).
