Ania Adamczyk is a Global Ocean Strategy Lead responsible for 3M’s large and complex global ocean network including design, oversight of critical policies and standards and supplier engagement. She leads programs aimed at driving the logistics strategy forward, improve service and create efficiencies including the annual ocean bid/RFQ.

Previously as International Sr. Manager at Ecolab, Ania managed Ecolab’s logistics supply chain activities, supporting global customers and affiliates.

She started her career at Target. During her 18+ years with the organization, she held a number of positions including oversight of the import trade compliance program and management of the  domestic transportation network, carriers and 3PL partners. Ania also spent time in inventory planning and in project management roles.

She holds a B.S. in Business in Operations Management from Indiana University Kelley School of Business, Six Sigma Green Belt and the Certified Professional Project Manager (CPMM) Certifications from University of St. Thomas. In addition, she is a Licensed Customs Broker (LCB).
