Katy McIntosh is the Vice President of Operations for Amalie Trade Compliance Consulting, helping companies develop and implement effective compliance programs.  She has more than 15 years’ experience leading compliance and supply chain operations across multiple industries, including optimizing organizational structure, performing risk assessments, developing policies and procedures, implementing global trade management systems, and creating and delivering training.

Katy has lived and worked on four continents and is truly passionate about global trade.  She holds a B.A. in International Relations and Spanish with a minor in Chinese, and an M.B.A. in Supply Chain Management and International Business, both from the University of Minnesota.  She is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
